"Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication“-Leonardo da Vinci

Just done with one exam today, I felt super exhausted, but at the same time feeling tad relief that one paper is down, four more to go! The exam was okay, doable. It was on Data Structure, a subject that develops our logic and ability to translate our ideas into codes. I would say it was fun and amazing that when you learnt how can a complicated problem be solved using such a very simple method, turning sophistication into simplicity. However, Leonardo da Vinci said "Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication" so.. it's subjective, I don't know anymore... Maybe, it's true is when you couldn't even solve the simplest question out of all, in the exam paper. Lol, joke.

I was a little worried before exam, because I didn't had a good sleep the night before exam. I went to bed early, I rolled around, flipped left and right, just couldn't get to sleep, maybe I was in a state of anxiety, exam-fright? Because, all I see is algorithm and code when I close me eyes. Then around 3 a.m I finally got to sleep, I had a nightmare, there's a ghost or a guy behind a curtain try to break through it using its face. I was scared and tried to shout for help but consciously knowing that must be a dream, so I try to wake myself up from the dream but to no avail, I can't move my body and no sound is coming out of my mouth. I'm so dead. I did woke up in the end, I saw the time it's was 5.45 a.m, so I didn't get a good rest after all.

Backtrack, yesterday. I had a dinner with my mom at JP. Because I couldn't go home for dinner and I have to study for exam, instead she met me and had dinner outside. Just a simple dinner nothing much, but I noticed that my mom really has aged. Then, a thought came across my mind, it is from a article that I read, when people get old, there gonna be lesser people around them and talk to them because people will find them uninteresting and not much of common topic to share. Youth likes to hang out with their friends, doing their own stuff and focus on their own goals, often elderly will get neglected. It is just the hard truth and how the world works. Hence, we should make time to talk to our parents, grandparent, uncle, aunties and all elderly if we can, it will definitely make them feel loved and accompanied. So just be in their shoes and imagine when we get old and there's nobody cares for us and there's nobody to talk to. It is just scary.

Ok, enough of big talk from me and all the best for everyone that is having exam now!

Peace out.
